The Resource uses a group of interim professionals who, on a regular basis, carry out projects for The Resource. They are experienced tax professionals with a high level of commitment to our clients. All of our interim professionals are practical and hands-on tax specialists and are supported by The Resource. This way, you are ensured of an up-to-date tax specialist, who immediately can contribute added value to your company.

Our interim professionals have extensive experience in, and knowledge of, different industries such as oil & gas, energy, pharma, financial services and retail. They typically gained experience within a Big 4 or other large advisory firms, usually combined with the necessary in-house experience. With their extensive tax knowledge and experience they are able to understand your organization quickly. This enables them to easily find their way within your organisation. Our interim professionals communicate in a clear and understandable way with your staff (tax and non-tax specialists) in your organization.

We work thoroughly and fast. We discuss the nature of the assignment/project with you to gain a comprehensive insight into your tax needs. On that basis we formulate the profile of the tax professional, the intended starting date, and the duration and extent of the assignment or project. Subsequently, we select the most qualified and suitable interim professional(s) and check their availability. We normally introduce to you two or more interim professionals with whom you can have an interview to find out which candidate has your preference.

The Resource can provide you with very experienced interim professionals at very competative rates.The costs vary and depend on the experience level and speciality of the interim professional and also depends on the length of the assignment or project.
