The Resource is a leading interim & search agency specialized in tax specialists in The Netherlands. The Resource exclusively recruits for tax positions, both for industry and for tax advisory firms. We recruit for senior as well as junior positions. Furthermore, we are searching for permanent tax positions and we provide tax solutions on an interim and project basis.

Rogier Ploeger has worked as an international tax advisor at Loyens & Loeff. After a few years he made the transition to executive search of tax advisers. As of May 2005 he joined The Resource and as of January 2007 he became partner in The Resource. Rogier is mainly focussed on searching tax advisers and in-house tax managers. Rogier graduated Tax Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
